Here is the step-by-step process for how to assemble assemble individual images and traits into NFTs using High Forge. You may have generated these traits using AI or designed them yourself.

Create Your Project Type

  1. Watch the High Forge tutorial. It is long but 100% worth it to avoid mistakes on the day of launch, which could prevent you from scoring points in one of the NFT games, or worse not making a sale.
  2. Go to the High Forge website.
  3. Click on “Start Your Project

  1. Where it asks “What kind of images do you have?” click on the box that reads “My images are individual traits and need to be assembled into NFTs”.

But, before doing so read the Notice section that states: ****

***“*All work done in High Forge is saved locally. If you clear your browser cache, have a full hard drive, or leave the project for a long period of time, your work may be lost. If your project has a few fully formed NFTs but you still need help generating NFTs from traits, then select the first option. You'll be able to upload your pre-generated NFT images later.”

Now it’s time to generate your art!

  1. Go over to “Trait Layers” on the right side. You have 2 options: 1) To manually add categories and individual traits or 2) To upload a PSD file that contains all traits as separate layers (in which case trait layers will be automatically imported). Which option you choose will depend on how you got the images made.

  2. If you hired out the art to an artist they likely gave you dozens if not hundreds of image files. Then click on the manual option of “Add Your Own Category”. Upload them as .png or .webp files. If you have a .PSD file with all the traits in the one file, click “Upload a .PSD file”. This latter option automatically populates all categories and traits (photoshop groups become categories while layers become traits).

  3. If you select “Add Your Own Category” to manually enter traits -
